Safe-Space Sound-Walk - Norwich City Centre
These Sound-Walks will reveal how important sound is in forming where, who and what we are. By exploring Norwich city centre on foot, in the quiet company of others, a guided Sound-Walk offers the time and space to consider how the urban acoustic habitat shapes our physical, emotional and psychological lives. We will be seeking out those spaces of sound where we can feel secure, and through this develop creative tools for listening that can enhance our health and well-being, and that of the world around us.
These walks have been organised as part of Norfolk Creativity and Well-Being Week and are open to all.
